Rob Schaust has extensive experience in the staffing industry, holding various leadership roles in reputable companies.

Rob started their career as the Area Manager - Midwest at Hospitality Staffing Solutions in 2010. In this role, they oversaw the Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Iowa markets, providing long-term hiring and human resources support to hotel and resort properties.

In 2014, Rob joined TrueBlue Inc. as the Market Manager, responsible for filling individual positions on demand and staffing entire facilities. Rob later took on the role of Regional Sales Manager, where they managed outsourced recruiting processes and staffing vendor programs for various clients.
