Dieter Pollet

Dieter Pollet is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and project management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Development Engineer Software at Esterline since February 2015, Dieter previously held the role of Development Engineer focused on avionics software at Barco Defense & Aerospace from 2008 to 2015. This position involved key projects in primary flight displays, multifunctional displays, and other critical aviation systems. Dieter’s earlier career includes roles as a Process Engineer/Project Leader at Daikin Europe and Project Manager at Belgocontrol, where responsibilities encompassed radar systems and data processing projects. Dieter holds a Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics) from Ghent University, complemented by further education at the Institute of Air Navigation Services and KVIV Technological Institute.
