Chad Alley

Chad Alley is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Project Executive at Estes Construction since January 2020, where a unique pre-construction planning process is employed. Previously, Chad held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Breiholz Construction, focusing on the faith-based and automotive sectors, and at Dean Snyder Construction, where responsibilities included business development for the DSM market. Chad's earlier roles include Director of Business Development at Story Construction, specializing in waste and water treatment facilities, and Project Executive at Upper Blue River Developments, overseeing a significant residential project. Additional experience includes positions in business development at Neumann Brothers, Inc. and Russell, as well as project management at Downing Construction. Chad’s career began in education, having taught at Knoxville Middle School. Educational achievements include a BA in Education from Simpson College and additional studies at William Penn University and Drake University.
