Jay Ellis has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jay most recently served as the Director of Client Relationships at Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC (EFW), where they designed and implemented a CX strategy aligning with organizational goals. Jay also built and led a team focused on improving employee, customer, vendor, and consumer experiences. Prior to this, Jay held positions such as Senior Manager of Corporate Operations and Manager of Corporate Operations, where they oversaw e-commerce operations and managed a team.
