Daniel Girona

Daniel Girona has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Daniel started their career as an Abogado at Faus & Moliner Abogados from May 1998 to March 2001. Daniel then worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Novartis Farmaceutica, S.A. from March 2001 to December 2006. From January 2007 to February 2013, they served as the Head Legal / Compliance Officer at Sandoz Farmaceutica, S.A. Daniel Girona joined ESTEVE in March 2013 as the Legal & Compliance Director and later assumed the role of General Counsel from March 2018 to January 2024. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Legal Officer at ESTEVE.

Daniel Girona completed their Licenciatura en Derecho (Law Degree) from Universitat de Barcelona from 1990 to 1996. Daniel then pursued a Máster Académico en Derecho de Empresa (Academic Master in Business Law) at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 1996 to 1997.
