Steve Roman

Steve Roman has an extensive career in engineering and sales leadership, currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Esteves Group since September 2021, while also working as Engineering Coordinator at FCC (adams) since January 2020. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Superior Essex from July 1990 to January 2020, where Steve held multiple roles, including Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer - Process Group, Maintenance Supervisor, and Senior Mechanical Designer. Steve Roman earned an Associate of Science degree in Tool & Die Engineering/Design from ITT Technical Institute-Fort Wayne between 1985 and 1987.
