Silvana Pesut

Silvana Pesut has extensive experience in sales, event management, and marketing within the hospitality sector, having held various key roles since 2001. Currently serving as "Your to go Girl!" at Jellyfish crudo+charbon since October 2016, Silvana focuses on personalized service for group reservations and private events. Prior to this role, Silvana was the Director of Sales and Events at Estiatorio Milos, contributing to business growth and event planning. At Restaurant Globe, responsibilities included marketing strategy development, special event management, and client relations. Silvana also gained experience in project management and design as an assistant to designer Michel Prete and operated as a self-employed hairstylist for nearly two decades.
