Dominika Walec PhD

Dominika Walec PhD has held a variety of positions in the past, beginning with their role as a Lecturer at College of Economy and Computer Science in 2008. Dominika then moved on to become the Head of Cooperation and Development Department/ Project Manager for Education for Entrepreneurship Association in the same year. In 2009, they were a Senior EU Project Manager at Cracow University of Economics. In 2012, they were a Database Manager at Chodkowska Management and Law University and a Cluster Benchmarking Expert at the Ministry of Economy. In 2013, they began their role as a Researcher at Jagiellonian University, as well as Head of Partnerships and Key Account Manager at Estimote, Inc. In 2019, they were an Ambassador for Global Startup Awards, President, CEO, and Vice President of #OMGKRK, and Ambassador for Startup Poland in 2021.

Dominika Walec PhD has an extensive education history. Dominika obtained a PhD in Management from Jagiellonian University. Prior to that, they completed PhD studies in Economy and International Relations at Cracow University of Economics. Dominika also holds a Master's Degree in International Relations and International Trade from the same university, which they earned between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, they have obtained certificates in Benchmarking Expert, Certified Project Manager IPMA Level C, and English for Business Certificate LCCI Level 3 from ESCA: European Secretariat of Cluster Analysis, IPMA: International Project Management Association, and London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, respectively.
