Tushar V Kapadia

Tushar V Kapadia has worked in various roles in the ICT industry since 1996. Tushar V began their career as an Analyst at UMS Group in 1998, followed by a similar role at Andersen Consulting/Accenture in 1996. In 1999, they worked as an Account Manager at Connect.com.au, and then as Head of GSM APAC - Tier 2 at Ericsson Australia in 2000. In 2008, they moved to Ericsson as Operational Excellence Manager, where they drove operational and management process improvements across Ericsson Services. In 2010, they joined nbn™ Australia as Performance Governance & Planning Manager, where they led a team of performance, reporting and data analysts to develop performance insights and identify performance gaps. Tushar V then held roles as Reporting and Insights Manager and Workforce Planning Manager | Training | Operational Reporting at Innovation Group Australia from 2017-2020. In 2020, they were appointed Managing Director at Divya Business Solutions and Regional Director at eStore Factory, where they work with businesses to understand their specific challenges and manages offshore technical teams.

Tushar V Kapadia has a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Business Management from Federation University Australia. Tushar V has also obtained certifications in AgilePM from APMG International, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a Member of Fresh Networking.
