Shi Ping has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Project Executive at Street Directory Pte Ltd, followed by a role as a Catering Executive at The Flying Kitchen Pte Ltd. In 2016, Shi Ping joined Kantar as a Project Management Associate, later transitioning to a Project Management Executive role. At Kantar, they managed quantitative research projects and served as a liaison between client servicing teams and vendors. In 2019, Shi Ping joined MetrixLab as a Junior Research Manager, where they independently managed a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research projects. They also handled multi-country tracking studies and ad-hoc studies across various sectors. In 2021, Shi Ping moved to Edge by Ascential as an Insights Manager. Their responsibilities included gathering and analyzing data to provide insights for clients. In 2022, they joined Lazada as a Regional Business Intelligence professional, and in 2023, Shi Ping took on the role of Regional Customer Success Manager at eStoreMedia - digital brand intelligence.
Shi Ping completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at RMIT University from 2012 to 2013. Before that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Psychology and Community Services from Ngee Ann Polytechnic between 2008 and 2011. In addition to their formal education, Shi Ping also acquired a certification in Data Analytics from General Assembly in July 2022.
