Rafael Gracia

Rafael Gracia is a seasoned business owner and agency manager with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Since April 2019, Rafael has led RGG & Associates Insurance Consultants while also managing multiple agencies at Estrella Insurance Arizona since September 2014. Areas of expertise include brand development, strategic management, marketing, and sales. Rafael holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Glendale Community College, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
