Joanna Damron has extensive work experience, beginning in 2004 at the Vancouver Aquarium, where they held multiple roles including Accounting Assistant and Cashroom Clerk. In 2007, they joined the Parking Corporation of Vancouver, serving as an Accounts Receivable Administrative Clerk and later as a Monthly Parking Coordinator until 2013.

From 2013 to 2016, Joanna worked as a Customer Advocate at Cogeco Peer 1. Joanna then transitioned to the role of Customer Experience Manager from 2017 to 2019.

In 2019, Joanna joined Aptum as an Account Specialist, where they worked until May 2021. Currently, they are employed as an Account Manager at eStruxture Data Centers, starting in May 2021.

Joanna Damron began their education at Douglas College in 1999, where they pursued a degree in Psychology. Joanna completed their Associate of Arts (AA) in Psychology in 2003. Following this, they enrolled at Simon Fraser University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from 2003 to 2006. In 2018, they commenced studies at Yorkville University, although the degree and field of study remain unspecified at this time.
