Mark Goodall has over 30 years of work experience in the field of asset management and property maintenance. Mark currently serves as the Head of Asset Management at Estuary Housing Association since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Property Manager (Repairs & Asset Management) at the same company from March 2018 to April 2022. Before joining Estuary Housing Association, Mark worked as a Property Investment Manager at the company from November 2013 to March 2018.
Prior to their time at Estuary Housing Association, Mark worked at East Thames Limited for over 12 years. Mark served as a Project Manager (Asset Management) from February 2003 to November 2013, and as a Maintenance Surveyor from February 2001 to February 2003.
Mark also has experience working as a Maintenance Surveyor at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets from July 2000 to February 2001. Mark previously held the same role at East Thames Limited from August 1999 to July 2000.
Earlier in their career, Mark worked as a Clerk of Works at the London Borough of Camden from September 1993 to August 1999. Mark started their career as an Apprentice Draughtsman at Joy Steel Structures (London) Ltd from June 1988 to July 1993.
Mark Goodall attended Newham College of Further Education from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a BTEC National Certificate in Civil Engineering. Mark then continued their education at the same college from 1991 to 1993 and obtained a BTEC Higher National Certificate in Civil Engineering.
