Therese Glass has worked in the engineering industry since 2008. Therese began their career as a Civil Engineering Intern at Ninyo & Moore, where they organized project documentation, typed Compaction Reports and 60-Day Boring Reports, called drilling companies for cost estimates, and created Excel spreadsheets for budget tracking and field density tests. In 2009, they worked as a Senior Design Project at Integrus Architecture. From 2010-2013, they worked at International Bridge Technologies in various roles, including Engineering Intern, Technician Intern, and Bridge Designer. During this time, they managed project files, tracked data, set up spreadsheets for calculations and drawing checks, created bridge and pile models, edited design and shop drawings, and organized and filed shop drawings. From 2013-2015, they worked as a Project Engineer at Kitchell. In 2021, they began their current role as a Strategic Consultant at eSUB Construction Software.
Therese Glass obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University in 2010. Therese then obtained an Engineer in Training certification in June 2010. Therese continued their education by pursuing a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University, which they completed in 2013.
