Danny Faulkner started as a Customer Specialist at esure before moving up to Team Leader. Danny then transitioned into a Service Delivery Analyst role. Danny's responsibilities include scheduling offline activities, training internal customers on the Verint WFM system, reviewing annual leave usage, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. In their current role as a Real Time Analyst, Danny focuses on managing the telephony platform and providing insight on workload trends. Danny holds a BSC in Psychology from Edge Hill University and an MSC in Psychology (by Research) from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
