Prior to this role, Rob was the Head of Engineering, overseeing a significant technology transformation that expanded the engineering team and adopted modern practices like DevOps, resulting in improved delivery timelines and enhanced digital services. Previous experience includes senior technology consulting at AGILITY MATTERS LIMITED and leading multiple impactful technology initiatives for prominent organizations, such as Which?, Government Digital Service, Cancer Research UK, Caravan and Motorhome Club, Kent County Council, and Ofsted, where Rob contributed to transformative digital projects and implementations recognized for their innovation and effectiveness.
