Ruchika Gupta Truitt has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Currently, they are the VP of Product at Esusu, where they are responsible for leading the product organization. Prior to Esusu, Ruchika worked at Amazon, where they held various positions, including Head of Product, Underserved Populations and SNAP EBT Programs, Head of Product & Design, Amazon Gift Cards, Stored Value & Incentives, Manager Product Management, Amazon Gift Cards, Senior Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager, Business, Industrial & Scientific Supplies (RLD Program). Ruchika'swork at Amazon involved managing global product roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and driving customer experience improvements. Before Amazon, Ruchika gained experience as a Global Digital Marketing MBA Intern at Starbucks. Ruchika started their career as an Analyst at ICF, where they consulted for various EPA and DOE programs, helping retailers market and sell energy-efficient products. Ruchika holds a strong background in product management and has a focus on creating inclusive and impactful products.

Ruchika Gupta Truitt has a comprehensive education history. Ruchika obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended the University of Southern California from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations Global Business from the Marshall School.
