Brent Bertino

Brent Bertino is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and commercial banking. Currently serving as M&A Principal, Acquisitions & Debt Originations at Trilogy and ESW Capital since May 2022, Brent specializes in debt acquisition for enterprise software companies and the revitalization of mature business software enterprises. Previously, Brent held the position of Senior Vice President at Cadence Bank, focusing on business development and credit management. Brent's earlier roles include Credit Executive at JPMorgan Chase Bank, where responsibilities encompassed managing credit exposure and cultivating technology client relationships, as well as positions at Wells Fargo and Pier 1. Brent holds an MBA in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
