Neeraj Gupta

Neeraj Gupta has extensive experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and investment management. Neeraj currently holds the position of Chief Investment Officer at ESW Capital since March 2021 and Trilogy since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Corporate Development/M&A at ESW Capital and Trilogy from January 2016 to March 2021. Neeraj has also worked in various leadership roles at Aurea Software, Ignite Technologies, GFI Software, and Versata, where they focused on corporate development and M&A. Additionally, they were the Founder and Managing Partner at Base2 Advisors, overseeing the acquisition and lending activities for B2B software companies. Before this, Neeraj served as President at NTrak IP Consulting, providing technology and intellectual property consulting services, and as Managing Director, Intellectual Property, at Versata. Neeraj began their career at Trilogy as VP of Product Strategy. Neeraj's expertise includes patent litigation and they have served as an expert in over 30 patent litigations.

Neeraj Gupta received their M.S. degree in Computer Science/Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 1990 to 1995. In the year 2000, they also attended the Harvard Business School, completing the TGMP Executive Program.
