Greg Baillie

Greg Baillie has extensive experience in operations and service delivery management, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager at ESW IT Business Advisors since June 2014, along with the role of Senior Service Delivery Manager at ES Williams since September 2019. Previously, Greg held the position of Manager Incident Management at Shaw Communications from June 2008 to May 2014, where key responsibilities included overseeing the Incident Management team, conducting performance reviews, and implementing new procedures to enhance customer experience. Greg's career also includes a supervisory role at EDS, where effective leadership and team coaching were instrumental in managing operations at the Shaw Operations Center from 1997 to 2008.
