Rachel English

Rachel English has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Rachel started their career as a Sales Consultant/Team Coach at Next PLC in 2011, where they gained extensive knowledge in customer service, operations, and management. Rachel then moved to Lipsy Ltd in 2013, taking on the role of Sales Consultant/Team Coach and facing new challenges in a larger fashion store. In 2015, Rachel joined Reitmans Canada Ltée/Ltd as a Hyba Assistant Store Manager, where they quickly rose to the position of Assistant Store Manager, overlooking day-to-day operations and driving sales targets. Rachel's experience in retail continued at Nike, where they held various roles, including Product Owner and Lead Product Owner (CSPO) from 2017 to 2020. Rachel then transitioned to the role of Nike Product Manager, overseeing solutions for Nike and enterprise clients. Rachel's most recent position is at ESW, where they serve as the Director of Product - Enterprise since November 2023. Throughout their career, Rachel has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive operational and sales excellence while maintaining outstanding customer service standards.

Rachel English earned a B.Sc. in Business and Law from Technological University Dublin, from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Leaving Certificate at Jesus and Mary College, Our Lady's Grove, from 2005 to 2011. Additionally, they hold several certifications including the Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager, Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner, Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
