Nomalungelo Mabuza

Nomalungelo Mabuza is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, human resources, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Contact Center Team Lead at Eswatini Mobile since July 2017, Nomalungelo manages customer interactions, resolves complaints, and oversees various aspects of call center operations. Concurrently, Nomalungelo has been a Human Resources Officer at B3 Group since February 2013, engaging in recruitment, employee file management, policy amendments, and disciplinary hearings. Prior experience includes a role as a Personal Assistant at CMA Engineers, Inc., where Nomalungelo provided administrative and secretarial support to directors.
