Michael Klinger

Michael Klinger has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Michael started their career at Thales as an Integration Validation Manager in September 2007. Michael then served as a Bid and Project Manager for cybersecurity before becoming a Program Manager of cybersecurity products from June 2015 to February 2018. After that, they joined Groupe SII as the Head of Cyber Security Practice from February 2018 to February 2019. Currently, they are working at ETAS as the Head of Cyber Security consulting for ETAS & ESCRYPT since March 2019, later promoted to Head of Security Western Europe since October 2021. During their professional journey, Michael has gained extensive expertise and knowledge in various aspects of cybersecurity.

Michael Klinger completed their Ingénieur Génie Logiciel degree at CFA AFTI – Thalès Université in Jouy-en-Josas from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Diplôme Universitaire de Technicien Supérieur en génétique appliquée from the CFA AFI 24 and the Université d’Evry from 2000 to 2001. Before that, they obtained a Maîtrise de Biologie Cellulaire et de Physiologie from the Université de Paris XII- Val de Marne in 1999 to 2000.
