Inés Elvira Medina has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Inés Elvira began their career in 1995 as a staff member in the Planning Vice Presidency at Bavaria - Colombia, where they were involved in financial analysis, valuations, mergers and acquisitions. Inés Elvira then moved on to work as an Investment Banking Manager at Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogota - ETB, where they created financing and investment alternatives, conducted financial analysis, and projected financials for loan acquisitions.

In 2005, Inés joined Telefónica Movistar Colombia as a Subsidiaries Coordinator, and in 2008, they became an Associated Consultant at Promotum S.A.S., specializing in financial advice for project structuring, financial analysis, and mergers and acquisitions. Notably, they developed a valuation model for a pharmaceutical company that was up for sale.
