Matthew Burns

Matthew Burns is a seasoned project executive with extensive experience in the construction and project management fields. Currently serving as Project Executive at ETC Building & Design, Inc. since November 2014, Matthew previously held roles as Project Manager at Wesely Thomas Enterprises from November 2007 to November 2014 and as Capital Projects Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente from 2003 to 2007. Earlier in the same period, Matthew worked as a Construction Project Engineer for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan. Matthew began the career at HealthAllies.com, serving as Lead Customer (Patient) Contact and in various other roles from 1999 to 2001. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Business from Westmont College, completed in 1997.
