Elvira Fochi

Elvira Fochi currently serves as the HR Manager at ETC, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions and training across four locations in Trento, Bologna, Bari, and Milan, managing the selection process, onboarding, career planning, training plans, retention, welfare, and transitions. Previously, Elvira held the position of HR Assistant at ETC, providing support to the HR Manager and focusing on optimizing processes, developing internal training, talent acquisition, and maintaining a positive work environment. Prior experience includes serving as a shift leader at APSP Vannetti, working with Alzheimer patients and those in a state of minimal consciousness. Elvira Fochi holds a Master's degree in Management of Organizations and Territory as well as an European Master's in Science, Technology, and Society from Università di Trento, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Research from the same institution.
