Joel Lowry is an experienced professional in environmental management, currently serving as the General Manager for Etech Environmental & Safety Solutions Inc. in New Mexico since July 2019. As the founder of Lowry Environmental & Associates, LLC, since November 2018, Joel has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership in the field. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager at TRC Companies, Inc. and Project Geologist at Terracon. Joel began a career in environmental consulting at Basin Environmental Service Technologies, focusing on the remediation of soil and groundwater for oil and gas operations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geology from New Mexico Highlands University and an Associate of Science from New Mexico Junior College.
