Prior to joining PolicyBazaar, Rajiv was the BFSI Practice Leader - India at Willis Towers Watson. Rajiv has also served as the Founder and Director of InstaRemedy, a new age e-commerce service company. Rajiv has also served as the Executive Director at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd, responsible for half the company reporting to the Managing Director. Rajiv has also been part of the Management committee and Executive Committee at SBI Life Insurance. Rajiv has also served as the Country Head-Retail Agency and Institutional Alliances at SBI life Insurance Company Limited and as the Business Head at ICICI Bank and Kotak Life Insurance.

Rajiv Kumar Gupta is a Certified Wealth Manager and has a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Loyola College. Rajiv also has a certification from FPSB INDIA in CFP and CWM.
