Pierre-Antoine Janot has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Pierre-Antoine began their career as an IT Engineer at Veolia Water, where they were responsible for the analysis, development, and setup of HR analytical and projections management software. Following this, they worked as an IT International Project Manager at BNP Paribas Cardif.
Janot then joined L'Oréal, where they held various roles including IT Project Director, Logistics Manager, and Supply Chain Director within different divisions of the company. Pierre-Antoine also served as the Traceability Project Director and Functional Project Manager in the S&OP Team.
After their tenure at L'Oréal, Janot moved on to become the Vice President of Supply Chain at Group MOM - Materne Mont Blanc. Pierre-Antoine managed a global end-to-end supply chain, coordinated S&OP processes, and implemented strategies to optimize operations across 4 plants and 15 countries. Pierre-Antoine achieved significant success in reducing inventory, improving customer service levels, and lowering costs.
Most recently, Janot worked as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Support to the Operations at FM Logistic before taking up their current role as the Head of Global Supply Chain at Etex Exteriors.
Pierre-Antoine Janot earned a Master's degree in Computer Science for Industry and Enterprise from ENSIIE - École Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique pour l'Industrie et l'Entreprise, during the period from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained an MSc in Operational Research from Pierre and Marie Curie University in 1994.
