Maggie Xiao Qi Chen started their work experience in 2020 as a summer intern at The Cao Law Corporation, where they focused on digital strategy and growth operations. In 2021, they worked at Zukurri as a product operations specialist, handling devOps, product, and brand strategy. Later in 2021, they joined Deloitte as a summer business analyst, working in enterprise technology and performance with a focus on supply chain and vendor management solutions. In 2022, they worked at Jobify as a product growth specialist and was part of the LOI Accelerator - Batch 8 Cohort, responsible for product strategy and user acquisition. Later in 2022, they joined TechNode Global, working in product growth and focusing on conference activation, product strategy, and customer acquisition. In the same year, they also worked at Microsoft in product marketing, specifically in the Surface Commercial Team, where they handled product launch, go-to-market strategy, and customer retention. In 2023, they joined F3 Ventures, working as a core team member and partnerships lead, focusing on funding female founders in web3. Currently, they are working at ETHGlobal, building a valuable community in web3 and hosting well-known hackathons.

Maggie Xiao Qi Chen began their education at New Westminster Secondary School from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and obtained their BC Dogwood Diploma. In 2018, they attended Harvard University for the Secondary School Program (SSP). Following that, from 2019 to 2023, they attended Western University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Organizational Studies. Currently, they are enrolled at the Ivey Business School at Western University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Business Administration from 2021 to 2024. In addition to their academic achievements, Maggie obtained certifications including the ARCT Elementary Piano Pedagogy from The Royal Conservatory of Music in May 2017 and Level 10 Piano in April 2016.
