Holly Manges Jones

Holly Manges Jones has been the CHRO & General Counsel at Ethical Culture Fieldston School since July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Dean, Human Resources & Faculty Affairs at Columbia University School of Nursing from June 2013 to July 2021. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Giant Eagle - OK Grocery Company from September 2007 to September 2011.

Jones began their career as a Law Clerk at United Electrical Radio and Machine Workers of America (UE) from May 2006 to April 2007. Holly then worked as a Law Clerk at Gilardi Cooper & Lomupo, P.A. from May 2005 to December 2005. From January 2005 to December 2007, they were the Senior Editor, JURIST at University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Holly then worked as a Litigation Paralegal at DLA Piper from September 2002 to June 2004. Jones was also the Human Resources Generalist, Financial Services Division & Associate Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. from September 1999 to May 2002.

They are on a team with Jon Alschuler - Principal, Fieldstone Middle, Erin Bernstein - CFO & Director of Finance, and Russell Marsh - Director of Community & Inclusion. Holly Manges Jones reports to Kyle Wilkie-Glass, Interim Head of School.
