Elias Teshome Hailemariam

Elias Teshome Hailemariam is an experienced professional in the aviation industry, currently serving as an Advisory member for the International Air Transport Association's Ground Operations Group since June 2023. With a career at Ethiopian Airlines that began in September 2000, Elias has held various managerial roles, including Director of Ground Services for below wing operations and Manager of Group QMS, SMS, Compliance, and ACE. Elias possesses strong educational credentials, including a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Addis Ababa University, complemented by relevant diplomas in Quality Management and Safety Management Systems for Airlines.
