Rahel Zerihun has extensive experience with Ethiopian Airlines, having held various positions since October 1998, including Director of the Global Call Center and Head of the Cabin Crew & Catering Training School. In these roles, Rahel is responsible for developing and delivering training to ensure competent cabin crew resources and manages the marketing and sales of training programs for external customers. Previously, Rahel served as Duty Manager at Washington Dulles Airport, focusing on customer development and flight operations coordination, as well as an Analyst in Customer Relations, where marketing strategies and claim processes were developed. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Ethiopian Airlines and a Senior Programmer at Unisys Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of D.C. and a Certificate in Computer Programming from the Computer Learning Center, where Rahel graduated with honors.
