Sharif Moghaddam, PhD, is an experienced educator and professional translator currently serving as a UMELBP Teacher at The University of Melbourne Bridging Program and an Examiner and Marker at The University of Southern Queensland. With a focus on preparing international students for university entry, Sharif also contributes as a Panellist Professional Translator and Interpreter for the Department of Communities and Justice - Multicultural NSW, EthnoLink Language Services, and Associated Translators and Linguist. Previous roles include ELICOS Teacher at Acknowledge Education - Melbourne Language Centre, Ozford Australia, and Milestones Education. Sharif's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Linguistics from the University of Adelaide and a Master's in Teaching English as an Additional Language from Islamic Azad University.
