Steve Garner

Steve Garner has a diverse work experience in various industries. Steve worked as the VP of Cultivation at Ethos Cannabis starting in 2020. Prior to that, they founded a boutique consulting firm called Pure Cultivation in 2016, where they provided support and operational turnarounds in the cannabis and hydroponic vegetable/lettuce markets. Steve successfully obtained licenses in Ohio and Pennsylvania and supported production in multiple states. Before that, they served as the Head Grower at Silverpeak Apothecary from 2014 to 2016, overseeing all stages of cannabis growth and implementing advanced environmental controls. Steve also worked as the Operations and Account Manager at BrightFarms from 2013 to 2014, managing relationships with grocer retailers and overseeing operations at a hydroponic greenhouse. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Product Manager/Sales Associate at Fred C. Gloeckner & Co. from 2010 to 2013 and as a Propagation Manager at Carolina Nurseries from 2007 to 2010.

Steve Garner received their Bachelor of Science degree in Horticultural Science from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
