Samantha Hancock

Samantha Hancock is an experienced LCSM Engineer at Ethos Laboratories, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and performance in the LC/MS division of the toxicology laboratory. Samantha identifies deficiencies in documentation and develops processes to comply with regulatory standards, including OSHA, HIPAA, CAP, and New York State. Previously, as an ELISA & COVID Testing Analyst, Samantha managed the operations of a viral neutralization test during the pandemic. Earlier roles included serving as a Toxicology Technician, maintaining patient sample flow and ensuring compliance, and as a Laboratory Technician at National Pain Care, where Samantha processed specimens for drug screens in accordance with industry regulations. Samantha holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from Midway University and a Bachelor's Degree in Equine Science Nutrition from the same institution.
