Massimo Valsania

Massimo Valsania is the Vice President of Engineering at EthosEnergy, responsible for leading a global team in the design, repair, and service of Industrial Gas Turbines. Massimo has also held various roles at EthosEnergy Italia SpA, including GT Design Manager and Rotor Specialist. Additionally, Massimo has experience as a Disc, Rotor, and shaftline Engineer at TurboCare SpA. Currently, Massimo serves as the Co-Chair of the Skill Working group at Hydrogen Europe. Massimo holds an Executive MBA from SAA - School of Management, Università di Torino, and various degrees in mechanical engineering.
