Christopher Brown

Christopher Brown is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in storm water compliance and environmental consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Scientist at ETIC since July 2019, Christopher provides critical support to major California public utility companies, including the development of programmatic SWPPPs and quality control measures. Previous roles include significant contributions at CEM Storm Water as a Storm Water Training Consultant, and as a Senior Environmental Scientist at Surf to Snow Environmental Resource Management, where Christopher offered risk assessments, field investigations, and technical reviews. With a robust foundation in environmental science, Christopher holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biological Sciences and Environmental Studies from California State University-Sacramento.
