Mitchel Ondili has a diverse work experience in various organizations. In 2018, they worked as a Research Intern at the Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law. Following that, in 2020, they became a Research Assistant at the Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Technology. In the same year, they also became a Women Deliver Young Leader at Women Deliver. In 2022, they joined Eticas as a Researcher. Currently, Mitchel is working as a Consultant in the Artificial Intelligence for Development Trainee Program at Gender At Work since 2023.

Mitchel Ondili pursued their higher education at Strathmore University, where they enrolled in the Bachelor of Laws (LLB) program. From 2014 to 2019, they dedicated himself to their studies in the field of Law, successfully completing their undergraduate degree.

In addition to their LLB degree, Mitchel also obtained a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Strathmore University in July 2020. This certification reflects their interest in and commitment to keeping up with advancements in technology.
