Mehmet Cem Yıldırtan began their work experience in 2016 as a Trainee at Kiler Holding. Mehmet Cem then worked as an İnşaat Mühendisi (Construction Engineer) at ARTYOL Mühendislik from March 2019 to June 2019. Currently, they are employed as a Business Analyst at Etiya starting from March 2022.

Mehmet Cem Yıldırtan completed their undergraduate studies from 2014 to 2019 at Kocaeli University, where they obtained a "Lisans Derecesi" (Bachelor's Degree) in İnşaat Mühendisliği (Civil Engineering). Additionally, they have acquired several certifications from TM Forum, including Business Process Framework (eTOM) Foundation-Level, Customer Centricity Foundation-Level, Open Digital Frameworx Foundation-Level, TM Forum Open API Foundation-Level, Business Process Framework (eTOM) Fundamentals, Customer Centricity Fundamentals, Information Framework (SID) Fundamentals, Open Digital Framework (ODF) Overview, TM Forum Open API Fundamentals, and Information Framework (SID) Foundation-Level. These certifications were obtained between September 2022 and November 2022.
