Director, Global Pre-sales And Sales Operations at Etiya

Teoman Albayrak has extensive experience in various roles within the field of telecommunications. Teoman started their career at Ericsson in 1999 and held several positions, including Solutions and Product Sales Support Manager/Team Leader, Customer Solutions Sales Manager, and Senior Mutimedia Account Manager. In these roles, they managed sales and delivery for accounts, developed and executed account plans, and supported key deals. In 2011, they briefly served as a Sales Director before becoming a Sales Manager. Teoman'sresponsibilities included ensuring the success of sales and delivery, as well as managing a team of project managers. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the OSS/BSS Customer Accounts Team Head, where they managed and grew a portfolio of Ericsson accounts. In 2014, they became the PMO Head and Head of Governance & Fulfillment, where they defined project management office processes and supervised a team of project managers. From 2015 to 2017, Albayrak served as the CSI Program Director for the BSS Business Transformation Program at Ericsson. Teoman assumed all responsibilities for the program while leading the pre-sales/set-up concept and process. In 2017, they became the Strategic ICT Program Director, overseeing ICT programs at Ericsson. Finally, since 2018, Albayrak has been working at Etiya as the Director and Head of Global Pre-Sales.

Teoman Albayrak pursued a Masters in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Halic Universitesi from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University between 1990 and 1995. Teoman'searlier education history includes attending Kadikoy Anadolu Lisesi ve Maarif Koleji, although the specific years and field of study are not provided.
