Uğur Hadımlı started their work experience as an IT Specialist at Gürmar in December 2021 and worked until July 2022. Currently, they are employed at Etiya as a Business Analyst since April 2023.

Uğur Hadipli obtained their Ön Lisans degree in Bilgisayar Programlama/Programcı, Genel from Pamukkale Üniversitesi (PAÜ) from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, they received several certifications including the Customer Centricity Foundation Level Exam, Information Framework (SID) Foundation Level Exam, and Business Process Framework (eTOM) Foundation Level Exam from TM Forum in 2023.
