Ryan Pollace

Ryan Pollace has extensive leadership experience at Teledyne ETM, serving as Vice President & General Manager since July 2001, and has held various vice presidential roles focused on High Power Microwave and market strategies. Prior to this, Ryan held multiple positions at ETM Electromatic, Inc., including Director of Products and Product Marketing Manager. Additionally, Ryan was a member of Vistage from 2003 to 2014. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
