Shannon Burke

Shannon Burke is Director of Recruitment and Development for the ETONIEN companies, focused on attracting, assessing, and presenting top talent. Prior to joining ETONIEN, Shannon spent 14 years with Automatic Data Processing (ADP, LLC) in the Small Business and Major Account Sales divisions, as well as 5.5 years as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant recruiting for Sales, Executive, and VP positions in multiple divisions across the country. During her tenure at ADP, Shannon achieved multiple President Clubs and Falcon Awards.

Shannon graduated from the University of Findlay participating on the IHSA English Equestrian Team. Shannon is a current member of the 100+ Women Getting Together & Giving Together, as well as an active Catechist with her parish.
