Shir Shalom

Shir Shalom currently serves as the Head of Risk Management at eToro, overseeing financial, operational, technology, and model risks while building governance frameworks and leading the Business Continuity Plan. Prior to this role, Shir held the position of Senior Global COO Project Manager at eToro, managing significant financial operations, strategic project initiatives, and compliance-related efforts. With experience as a lecturer on Digital Leadership at Lahav Executive Education and a Technology Consulting Manager at Accenture Israel, Shir has a strong background in digital strategy and project management within the financial services sector. Additional roles at KPMG Israel and as a Financial Consultant contributed to extensive expertise in financial audits, risk management, and analytics. Shir holds an MBA in Financial Management and advanced degrees in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
