Program Manager I Supervisor at ETR

Nicole Morgan, MPH, currently serves as Program Manager I Supervisor at ETR since March 2022, and previously held a supervisory role as Project Coordinator II. Prior experience includes working as Youth Program Coordinator and Youth Program Assistant at the California Youth Advocacy Network, focusing on youth advocacy and tobacco control policy programs from October 2017 to February 2022. As an MPH Intern with UpRISE Youth Movement, Nicole developed online training programs for youth engagement. Additional roles include Health Sciences Research Assistant at UC Merced, where a pilot study was conducted on physical activity interventions, and participation in research for policies on flavored tobacco. Nicole has also contributed to educational programs at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Merced County and has experience with the CDC's Partnerships to Improve Community Health grant project. Nicole holds a Master of Public Health from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of California, Merced.
