Eugenia Grousouzakou

Eugenia Grousouzakou is currently working as a Customer Relations Specialist at Etraveli Group, focusing on resolving customer claims and fostering strong relationships with partners. Before that, Eugenia was a Travel Specialist for the German speaking market at the same company. Additionally, Eugenia has experience as a University Ambassador at Glasgow Caledonian University. Eugenia holds a Master of Science degree in International Tourism and Events Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Bachelor's degree in History and Archaeology from National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. Eugenia also completed an Erasmus program in History and Archaeology at Heidelberg University.
