Kay Wittig

Kay Wittig began their work experience in 2004 as a Trainee at Klima Jentzsch GmbH. Kay then worked as a Scientific Assistant at TU Bergakademie Freiberg from 2005 to 2009, where they lectured in analysis, data analysis, statistics, and computer science, and also developed e-learning software for the Institute of Analysis. In 2010, they became a Research Associate at TU Bergakademie Freiberg, a role they held until 2017. At Etraveli Group, they worked as a Data Scientist from 2017 to 2019, and was later promoted to the role of Data Science Team Lead in 2019, which they continue to hold.

Kay Wittig began their education in 2004 at TU Bergakademie Freiberg, where they pursued a degree in Applied Mathematics. They completed this program in 2010, earning the title of Diplom-Mathematiker (Dipl.-Math.). Afterwards, they continued their studies at TU Bergakademie Freiberg and obtained a Doktor-Ingenieur (Dr.-Ing.) degree in Process Engineering in 2016.
