Ben Ayer

Ben Ayer is a Specialty Scientist at ETS Laboratories, specializing in the transformation of wine microbiology through DNA technology since January 2021. Prior to this role, Ben Ayer worked as a Consultant at Sonoma Genomic, focusing on synthetic oligonucleotides and their applications from January 2020 to December 2020. Ben Ayer also served as a Senior Scientist at LGC, Biosearch Technologies from January 2004 to September 2019. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an education abroad in Biochemistry at the University of Otago in 2001.
