Jordan coordinates one of ETS’ two teams of lab analysts, a role he has held since early 2015. Jordan graduated from UC Davis with a BS in Biotechnology in 2005. He got his start in the wine industry working as a harvest technician sampling out of barrels and tanks, preparing wine composites, starting fermentations and performing routine analysis. From there he became intrigued with the complexity of wine, the chemistry, and the production process. Jordan continued on in the industry working for a production lab performing basic microbial examinations and chemical analysis. He joined the ETS team in 2007 as a lab analyst, performing production analyses and instrument upkeep. Jordan has also been a trainer and mentor for new hires and foreign interns.
